Volunteer live-in roles available
Badaguish is a unique accommodation site situated in the heart of the Glenmore forest. Owned and managed by the Speyside Trust, a charity dedicated to promoting outdoor access, it provides accommodation and events facilities in the Highlands for visitors, outdoor enthusiasts, businesses, the local community and more.
Accommodation includes 8 lodges, 22 heated camping pods and group camping facilities for up to 100 guests, whilst the facilities feature an activity hall, outside sports arena, conference rooms and more.
This summer Badaguish is looking for volunteers to live on site and work in the following areas: grounds maintenance (grass cutting, strimming, path maintenance etc) and housekeeping (cleaning, laundry and turnovers). We’re looking for versatile volunteers who are happy to get stuck into a range of tasks, and would love to hear how your skills could contribute on site too.
Packages will include accommodation on site at Badaguish. Please note that Badaguish is a 10 minute drive from Aviemore. Having your own transport – either a vehicle or a very healthy attitude towards cycling! – will make your stay more enjoyable.
Perfectly situated as we are in the Cairngorms, this is a great work opportunity for anyone hard-working who is seeking more experience in the outdoors and opportunities in the outdoor industry as well.
