Join us for our Midlife Reboot weekend in the beautiful Scottish Highlands.

It’s time to live your life with strength and courage. To feel the best you’ve felt in years, investing in your health and wellbeing and managing perimenopause with confidence.
Hosted by Helen McGillivray, Acceptance and Commitment Therapist and Julia Mackel, Menopause Lifestyle Coach, Dietitian and PT.
We have years of experience working with women supporting them through this transition in life. Using our expertise in nutrition, fitness, CBT and coaching you will learn tried and tested tools and strategies that really work.
